When will my order ship?
Due to very high demand orders typically process within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the product. Due to very high demand most deliveries arrive within 8–14 business days after shipment, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout or on the product page.
Do you offer shipping in 7 days or less?
We prioritize fast delivery whenever available. Some items can arrive within 7 days, while others may take longer depending on inventory and destination. The most accurate estimate is always shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?
If available for your location, you’ll be able to enter your address at checkout. Some products or carriers may have restrictions.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for some locations and products. If your country is supported, it will appear at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Why does my tracking show “Label Created” or no movement?
This usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet or updates are delayed. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, email us at sarriahyouth@gmail.com and we’ll help.
My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it—what should I do?
Check around your property (front desk, mailroom, neighbors) and confirm the shipping address on your order. If you still can’t locate it within 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, or local delivery issues. If your order is significantly past the expected window, email sarriahyouth@gmail.com with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address. Email us immediately. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Do you ship in multiple packages?
Sometimes, yes. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock and fulfillment location. Each package will have its own tracking when available.
