Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and product. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days after shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If expedited shipping is available for your item, it will appear at checkout. If you don’t see it, it’s not available for that product.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what does that mean?
Carriers sometimes delay scans. If it hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, email us and we’ll help.
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout. Some products may be limited by region.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., opened skincare, used masks/devices, personal-care items) may be non-returnable. The product page or policy will state eligibility.
How do I start a return?
Email info@sarriah.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide next steps.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit it. Email us ASAP with your order number. Once shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue and packaging. We’ll make it right based on the situation (replacement or refund).
Product Use & Safety (Devices)
How often should I use red light therapy products?
Most customers use their devices 3–5x per week for 10–20 minutes per session, then adjust based on comfort and results. Always follow your specific product instructions.
When will I see results?
Some people notice a fresh look quickly, but visible results typically come from consistent use over 1-3 weeks. Results vary by person, skin, and routine.
Can I use SÁRRIAH devices on other body areas?
Many of our tools are designed for multi-area use. Use where comfortable and appropriate, avoid sensitive areas, and follow product instructions.
Can I use your devices if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker/implanted device, epilepsy, a known sensitivity to light/electrical stimulation, or a medical condition, consult a qualified clinician before use.
Are your products FDA-approved?
SÁRRIAH products are intended for cosmetic/wellness use. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Regulatory status can vary by product and region.
Can I use your devices around the eyes?
Follow the device instructions. For LED masks, use provided eye protection if included. Avoid staring directly into LEDs.
Can I use the device with skincare?
Yes, many customers use a light serum for glide. Avoid harsh actives immediately before use if your skin is sensitive.
Product Care & Charging
How do I clean my device?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Can I use the device while charging?
Many rechargeable devices cannot be used while charging for safety. Follow the included manual for your specific item.
What power adapter should I use?
Use a standard 5V USB adapter (unless your product manual states otherwise). Avoid fast chargers if not specified.
Pets (Wrap Bands)
Can I use the wrap band on my dog?
Some customers use red light wraps as part of a general wellness routine for pets. Start with short sessions, keep your pet relaxed, avoid eyes, and stop if discomfort occurs. For medical concerns, consult a veterinarian.
